Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage decision-makers at universities, hospitals, and research institutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure institutional subscriptions.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase PubMed Helper.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring seamless onboarding for institutional clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing models and subscription plans.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, or healthcare tech.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles.
- Proven track record of closing deals with universities, hospitals, or research organizations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with medical research, PubMed, or AI-based tools is a plus.

AI Engineer – NLP, Embeddings & Knowledge Graphs

Job Description:
We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in NLP to help us build a neurosurgery-specific language understanding pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with BioBERT and embedding techniques to power downstream tasks such as vector search and knowledge graph generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract medical entities from neurosurgical abstracts using BioBERT or similar models.
- Generate vector embeddings and manage a vector database (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).
- Create and manage a knowledge graph showing relationships among extracted concepts.
- Collaborate with clinicians to refine entity definitions and structure.
- Document workflows for reproducibility and future scalability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with BioBERT or domain-specific NLP models.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
- Basic experience with knowledge graphs or graph databases (e.g., Neo4j).
- Strong Python skills and experience with Hugging Face or similar libraries.
